Course Proposal

The Office of Continuing Education provides a variety of teaching opportunities in a wide range of programs throughout the year. Faculty, graduate students, adjuncts and staff with instructional training are welcome to submit course proposals and to apply for teaching positions. You may submit more than one course proposal, but please use a separate form for each.

Course Proposal
  1. Provide a 2 - 3 paragraph description of your proposed course. Please describe what you hope the course will accomplish, the significance of the course for your intended audience, topics covered, and any prerequisites.
    Note: this description will serve as the catalog entry.
  2. Please describe how your proposal relates to the Brown curriculum. Also list your suggested texts and other instructional materials.
