Ticketing:

How do I reserve a ticket?

Tickets can be reserved online beginning Friday, September 12 at 6am.

I did not reserve a ticket. Are there any more tickets available?

If there are any unclaimed tickets, it will be noted on this website.

When can I pick up my ticket?

Tickets can be picked up in Nicholson House, 71 George St, on Wednesday 9/17 and Thursday 9/18 from 10am-3pm.

What do I need to bring with me when I pick up my ticket?

You are required to bring your email confirmation and Brown ID.

Can someone else pick up my ticket at Nicholson House?

Yes, but your designee will need your email confirmation and Brown ID.

Sayles Hall:

When will the doors of Sayles Hall open & close?

The doors will open at 12:45 p.m. and close at 1:45 p.m. Please know, that even if you are holding a ticket, you will not be allowed to enter the building once the doors are closed.

Will I be required to show my Brown ID at the door?

No

What happens if I lose my ticket?

You must have a ticket to enter the building. Unfortunately, lost tickets cannot be replaced.

Is there assigned seating?

Seating is open, and on a first-come, first-served basis.

Are cameras allowed?

No flash photography.

Can I bring a bag or backpack?

No bags or backpacks will be permitted.

Will this event be simulcast?

Yes. There will be simulcast next door in Salomon Hall, room 101.

Salomon Hall:

Are tickets required for the Salomon simulcast?

Tickets are not required to attend the simulcast in Salomon 101. Seats in Salomon will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
