Email to ASCII

If you are tired of getting spammed, this little converter can help to cut it down. You may be getting a lot of spam because your email address is out there on the web for all to see. Spammers collect email addresses off web pages 24 hours a day. Here's a couple ways to avoid spam:

1. Use an alternate email address. An alternate email address is a name that you pick that Brown will forward to your main email account. You can have up to 4 alternate email addresses at one time. You can change your alternate email address any time you want. So if you discover that you're getting too much spam at an alternate address, simply delete it and pick a new one. To set your alternate email address, log in to MyAccount

2. Change your email address to ASCII. I have no guarantees that this eliminates spam completely, but when a spammer is searching through your webfiles looking for something that looks like an email address, all they find instead is a bunch of numbers. Use this tool below to convert your email address (or alternate address) to ASCII. Copy and paste the ASCII into your web pages' HTML code.

Type your email address here:

This site does not collect email addresses. This script is only converting your address to ASCII format. If you still don't trust me, I'll be happy to share the script with you and you can run it on your server.
