1. identify Brown University on each site’s home page and provide a link back to the Brown home page;

2. identify the department or organizational unit publishing the page;

3. provide contact information for the department or organizational unit on each page, including postal address, phone
numbers, and an email address for the maintainer of the page; and

4. contain a date on which the information was last updated.
