E-books on Josiah are really user-hostile for printing. Easiest way to get around the obnoxious copyright restrictions, is to open them on your browser, go to the first page of the chapter you want to print out, then hit printer icon on the screen of the viewer (NOT the browser's menu). When print box pops up, enter 10 page(s) from the current page (The evil empire will allow you to print 10 pages max at a time, god knows why). Once you print the first 10 pages, move 11 pages further and do the same. It will allow you to print up to 30-40 pages per book (or approx. 10% of the volume). Good luck. I usually try to put a hard copy of the same book on reserve, so if you are really frustrated, hit the Rock or e-mail me.
