Dr. Rockney joined the pediatric staff at Hasbro Children's Hospital full-time in July of 1995, having worked with the Family Medicine residents and faculty at Memorial Hospital for the previous nine years. His responsibilities at Hasbro are split between the pediatric ambulatory division and direction of undergraduate medical education in pediatrics at Brown. The latter responsibility involves supervision and coordination of the following medical school courses:

Biomed 450: The Pediatric Clerkship
Biomed 459: Ambulatory Pediatrics
Biomed 461: Ambulatory Longitudinal Elective in Pediatrics
Biomed 463: Advanced Clerkship in Pediatrics

He is also in charge of the pediatric component of the Physical Diagnosis Course: Biomed 373-374
