I invite you to read the following report given by me to the Corporation Committee on Budget and Finance last Friday, February 23, 2001.  We have also included the letter that I sent to all medical students and fourth year PLME students on Monday, February 26 explaining the tuition increase and Medical School budget for 2001-2002.
