Notes: Includes selections of vocabulary in the Port des Français language, p. 65, and in the Ecclemach language, p. 92-94; these languages would appear to be part of the Wakashan group of languages spoken on the Pacific Northwest coast. There is a selection of vocabulary in the language of the inhabitants of Tchoka island, p. 184-191, which is identified as located near the Kamchatka Peninsula.
