Notes: Part 1, with half-title “Vocabulario y tesoro...Parte primera. Vocabulario español-guarani” (here issued as second part of v.2, in numbered columns 3-510; originally published as part of: Arte, y bocabulario de la lengua guarani, Madrid, 1640) lists several thousand entries in Spanish with Guarani equivalents and examples of usage. Part 2, with half-title “Vocabulario y tesoro... Parte segunda. Tesoro guarani...-español” (here making up v.1, p. 3-271, 278-407; originally published as: Tesoro de la lengua guarani, Madrid, 1639) lists several thousand entries in Guarani with Spanish equivalents and glosses as well as many examples of usage in Guarani. Following the vocabulary is “Advertencia final” (p. [1-7] in Portuguese, which discusses the preparation of this edition in the light of earlier editions and in particular Restivo’s revisions, and makes reference to ethnographic data contained in the Tesoro, e.g. relating to circumcision among the Guarani of Paraguay. Here both parts are issued as part of: Gramatica y diccionarios (Arte, Vocabulario y Tesoro) de la lengua tupi o guarani... Nueva edicion mas correcta y esmerada que la primera, y con las voces Indias en tipo diferente, Vienna and Paris, 1876.
