Vocabulary immediately preceded by “Delle lettere di Mexico”, a paragraph discussing Nahuatl hieroglyphics and phonetics (leaf 337 verso-338 recto). Published anonymously. Translation, by Lucio Mauro, of author's Conquista de Mexico, first published as second part of author’s La istoria de las Indias, y Conquista de Mexico, Saragossa: Agustin Millan, 1552. First Italian translation, by Augustino de Cravaliz, published Rome, 1556, as second part of author's La historia generale delle Indie occidentali; Mauro’s translation first published Rome, 1566, as author’s La terza parte delle Historia dell' Indie, Venice, 1566.
