Morgan Lab at Brown University

Research in the lab is focused on an interdisciplinary and synergistic range of projects in cell biology, tissue engineering, biomechanics, and biomaterials engineering. Work is divided into two primary areas: (1) Directed self assembly of cells into three-dimensional complex shape microtissues and (2) Modeling of interaction at the interface between skin and prosthetic implants, and development of biologically active coatings to improve soft tissue integration
