Sponsored ID


The Sponsored ID request form is utilized by departments to request ID cards and electronic services for individuals who are not regular students, faculty or staff at Brown. Departments also request changes to Sponsored ID records, including expiration dates and services, utilizing this form. Department administrators may contact the Brown Card Office to troubleshoot issues with requesting/updating Sponsored ID records.

To Access

To access the form, visit myaccount.brown.edu, click Manage Account on the top right, log in, then click the Sponsored ID tab. For more detailed instructions, see brown.edu/go/sponsoredidhelp.

Note: To request or change a sponsored ID, you must be on our approved list of requestors, which consists of department managers and their delegates.  If you are not authorized to request a Sponsored ID, you will not have access to the form.
