Overview

The New Employee Advisory Program (NEAP) is designed to acclimate new hires more quickly to Brown during their first year working at the University. At monthly events, NEAP exposes Brown's newest employees to a network of experienced staff advisors with the goal of unraveling the vast people and resources available campus-wide.

NEAP is a way for new hires to connect with experienced staff, engage with the expansive community, and cultivate diverse networks at Brown.  Join us for one of our brown-bag lunch  meetings. New hires receive a welcome email from a volunteer staff advisor shortly after their start date.  See below for program details and, as always, connect with your manager before attending.
