Employees and dependents covered under a Brown health plan can also receive a flu shot with no copay at a participating physician's office.  If you receive a flu shot at a pharmacy and you have Blue Cross Blue Shield coverage, you will need to pay at time of service and submit for reimbursement by filing a claim form.  If you have UnitedHealthcare coverage, in most cases the pharmacy can submit the claim directly.
