Train with Strength and Conditioning

Join Brandon O'Neall, head coach of strength and conditioning for Brown Athletics, for a basic 60-minute workout session modeled after the workouts of Brown’s student-athletes. This session will include coaching from certified staff and will follow the basic format of rolling, stretching, activation, torso work, weight lifting (progressions and regressions included for all ability levels), and some work capacity to finish.
