Wellness Rewards is a voluntary wellness incentive program designed to help you learn more about your personal health, motivate you to maintain or improve your overall well-being, and earn a taxable incentive payment of $150-$250.

Taxable incentive payments will be added to a late January 2018 paycheck. Nelson Fitness Center memberships will be effective in February 2018. Nelson Fitness Center staff will contact you via email prior to February 1 with more information.
The 2018 Wellness Rewards incentive program has begun!
Complete tasks between January 1 and December 31, 2018.
Complete a confidential Personal Health Assessment (PHA)
Biometric screenings (blood pressure, cholesterol, etc.) are required to complete the PHA.
Brown University does not receive any individual information, but does receive aggregate information.
|Complete a voluntary tobacco free status affidavit OR participate in a voluntary tobacco cessation program||$50|
|Participate in two onsite wellness programs, online Journeys through the portal, and/or online seminars through UnitedHealthcare (available to all employees).||$50|

|Obtain an annual physical exam||$25|

Maxwell, our wellness portal, is your centralized website for managing and submitting Wellness Rewards.
Completed Wellness Rewards tasks can be submitted through the Wellness Portal prior to either of the two deadlines listed below:
- June 30, 2018: Taxable incentive payments will be added to a late July 2018 paycheck. Nelson Fitness Center memberships will be effective in August 2018.
- December 31, 2018: Taxable incentive payments will be added to a late January 2019 paycheck. Nelson Fitness Center memberships will be effective in February 2019.
