The strength of Brown’s diversity and inclusion action plan, Pathways to Diversity and Inclusion: An Action Plan for Brown University, is an implementation framework that makes the plan a living document for effecting lasting change. The action plan identifies six priority areas for implementation of a set of concrete, achievable actions to make Brown a more fully diverse and inclusive community.
