Requests for Brown University Transcripts will not be released until certain financial requirements to the university have been met. All transcript requests must be accompanied by an authorized signature of the requestor.
Brown University is under agreement with the National Student Clearinghouse to provide a 24/7 transcript ordering service to our customers. Using the National Student Clearinghouse Transcript Ordering Service requires the user to submit their signature using their consent form to the Clearinghouse to authorize the release of the transcript.
All transcript requests must be ordered Online. If you are currently enrolled (or a former Brown student) with valid electronic log in credentials, you may use: https://secure.studentclearinghouse.org/ to place your transcript order. All other students should use: https://tsorder.studentclearinghouse.org/school/select and begin your order from the Brown University order page.
