Beth Gentry, Assistant Vice President for Business & Financial Services, spoke at the June 20, 2017 SAC meeting. Two of the university details Beth oversees are parking and transportation, including all 3,389 parking spaces at Brown, the BUS (Brown University Shuttle) service and our Zipcar program. She is also part of a team of Brown administrators who work closely with the City of Providence and RIPTA.
Up to 38% of students are not participating in networking or a job search because they believe they do not have the proper attire. Let's help fix that!
During the week of August 28 - September 1, SAC will host collection sites for professional clothing drop-offs throughout the campus. We are looking for new or lightly used clean professional clothes—all sizes welcome. Donations will go to the Center for Careers and Life after Brown (CareerLAB) for students.
How do I get tickets? Donation items will be accepted at the Sharpe Refectory during breakfast and lunch. For EACH item donated you will receive one raffle ticket for entry into the infamous SAC raffles!*
