- Describe briefly what you do and how long have you been at Brown:
I joined Brown just a few months ago in November 2020 to assist in the development and implementation of a strategic communications plan for Health & Wellness, including a brand identity and social media campaign. I also collaborate with Tanya Purdy and the Brown Takes Care committee on the campus-wide COVID-19 prevention and education initiative.
- What work projects excite you?
I’ve been looped into the launch of the new Health & Wellness building, which inhabits a thoughtful intersection of design, culture, and holistic wellbeing.
- What are your home office must-haves?
A Moleskine planner, purple gel pens, and my desktop succulent.
- Name something about you most people don't know.
I’m a Halloween enthusiast; it’s my favorite holiday because of the creativity it inspires, and I love a good scare! When possible, I like to host a costume party with decorations, themed snacks, and spooky music. I celebrated this past year by being the Olive Oyl to my boyfriend’s Popeye!
- If you weren't doing this job, what would you be doing?
I would be a pastry chef. As a home baker, my specialties are Nutella brownies and tiramisu, but I would like to learn how to make more delicate items!
