- Describe briefly what you do and how long have you been at Brown.
I am the Health Promotion Specialist with BWell Health Promotions and I have been at Brown for almost 5 months.
- What are your home office must-haves?
Having the right workspace helps with my mindset and productivity, I think. So, of course my number one must-have is my computer so that I can get my work done but what really help set the tone in my little workspace is my "motivation in a mug" cup. Usually I will try to have some tea in the morning to help jumpstart my day. My other must-haves are my throw blanket (keeps me cozy), candle (wonderful scent), and headphones/speaker (music).
- If you weren't doing this job, what would you be doing?
If I were able to do anything, I would be traveling the world freely right now as an amateur photographer. Capturing photos for the fun of it.
- Can you recommend a book that is important to you?
I do enjoy reading or listening to audiobooks when I find time. A book that I would recommend to anyone is "The Four Agreements". This book is great for anyone on a path of personal growth and it’s a quick read. It has definitely helped guide me and when I can, I do glance back at certain pages. Give it a try if you haven't done so already.
