Christopher Lujan (loo-han) will be joining Student Support Services as Associate Dean. He comes to us most recently from Cornell University where he has served as Associate Dean of Students, LGBT Resource Center Director & Victim Advocate. In addition to his key support of the LGBT community, he has been involved in Cornell's Crisis Management Team and supported students in a broad range of difficult challenges. Prior to Cornell, Christopher served as the LGBT Resource Coordinator at San Diego State University and as the Education Program Coordinator at the Los Angeles LGBT Center where, amongst other initiatives, he assisted individuals with housing and food insecurity concerns, connecting to medical and mental health care, and broader case management support. He holds a bachelor's degree in Human Services from California State University, Dominguez Hills and a master's degree in Educational Counseling from the University of La Verne.
