YEMOJA FESTIVAL
The Yemoja Festival, organized and created by the course AFRI 1040: Decolonized Bodies, Spirit Bodies: Tracing Indigenous Knowledge of Africans is a traditional festival to honor Yemoja, the mother of all Orishas, the human forms of Yoruba deities.
