*Program Fee: The program fee covers onsite tuition, related academic programming and program sponsored excursions. It also covers the onsite orientation program, emergency travel assistance, and the services of the onsite program staff. This program is an exchange program, and in order to facilitate cultural exchange and interaction, a portion of the program fee you pay supports exchange visitors to Brown from this site.

**Meals: Students can decide whether they would like to select some (or all) of the meal plan options once onsite, and can opt out of the residence hall meal plan altogether. The general meal cost provided is an estimate for students who instead decide to purchase their own groceries and food. Estimates will vary according to individual spending habits.

****Visa Fees:  For some programs, students may need to apply for a visa or register upon arrival. Costs for processing of individual visas and registration range from $50 to $500, depending on the country and on the citizenship of the student.
