Adam Braun '06 Has Built Over 200 Schools

Adam Braun '06 is the Founder of Pencils of Promise and the author of The Promise of a Pencil: How an Ordinary Person Can Create Extraordinary Change. After graduating from Brown and working on Wall Street, he put $25 in a bank account in hopes of building one school. His organization has now built over 200 schools globally with more than 20,000 students in their programs.
