Elizabeth Ramon AY2018-20

B.S Medical Laboratory Science with a concentration in Biotechnology and a minor in Biology and Japanese 2018, University of Rhode Island

Elizabeth was born in New York and moved to Providence, R.I. at the age of 6. She recently graduated from the University of Rhode Island class of 2018 with a Bachelors of Science in Medical Laboratory Science with a concentration in Biotechnology. She also minored in Biology and Japanese. While at URI, Elizabeth served as a student ambassador and was a member of the professional co-ed pre-health Fraternity Delta Epsilon Mu. She was also part of the Talent Development Program. After graduation, she worked with the Rhode Island College Upward Bound program motivating students and helping them to gain the skills to complete high school and enter college. Through this program, Elizabeth discovered her passion for mentoring and advising students. She wants to be able to direct students to their own personal successes beyond high school. She is excited to be part of the College Advising Corps where she can continue to help students through the college process.
