Jared Chung (he/him/his) is a neuroscience concentrator on the pre-med track from Virginia Beach, Virginia. Through the Bonner Fellowship, Jared engages with the neurodivergent community with the Partnership for Adult Learning and the Perspectives Corporation, offering personalized tutoring to adults in the Providence community with intellectual and developmental disorders. This interest in neurodevelopmental disorders spreads into lab work, where Jared works both in a fruit fly neurogenetics lab and with humans in a sleep and circadian rhythms lab. In his free time, Jared enjoys playing basketball, working out, and listening to music.
