Mojo is a rising junior who was born in Washington D.C. and has grown up in Lagos, Nigeria. Before coming to Brown, she attended the United World College of the Atlantic where she developed a passion for International Affairs, Economics, and Community Service. She is concentrating in Economics and Political Science, with a focus on International and Comparative Politics. Mojo is also the Community Engagement Coordinator at the Sarah Doyle Center for Women and Gender, the Treasurer of the African Student Association, and a mentor with the International Mentoring Programme. Upon graduation from Brown, Mojo hopes to pursue a Master’s in Development Economics and eventually work with the International Finance Corporation of the World Bank Group. She is extremely passionate about feminism, women's empowerment, and African womanism. In her career, Mojo hopes that she will work on projects tailored to improving the lives of women across Africa. Mojo is also an avid writer and particularly enjoys creative writing and poetry.
