Born and raised in Vancouver, Canada, Noah first became passionate about politics while volunteering for the Liberal Party of Canada and his local member of parliament’s 2015 campaign. At Brown, Noah has been able to continue to pursue this interest through his double concentration of Public Policy and Economics. He has had the opportunity to work as a research assistant for professors in the public policy department and as an editor in the economics section of the Brown Journal of PPE. Noah also works as a supervisor for intramural soccer. Last summer, he had the opportunity to intern in DC at No Labels, a bipartisan political organization whose mission is to promote and support problem-solving in American politics. During this internship, Noah also had the opportunity to pursue an independent study program where he explored the causes and effects of political polarization in the United States. Hoping to have a career in public policy, he hopes that this fellowship will provide him with valuable experience in policy analysis and evaluation.
