For my fellowship I will travel to Chile to learn about their innovative agricultural practices.  While in Chile I want to learn about the following subject areas: 1) Regenerative Agriculture, 2) Urban Agriculture, 3) Food waste mitigation, 4) Aquaculture, and 5) Vineyards. I want to pick one organization from each of the previously mentioned subject areas and spend 3-5 days learning from experts and farmers in their respective fields.
