Together, a Dignified Life: A Comparative Study of Sustainability, Solidarity, and Fulfillment within Cooperative Models

Through interviews and participatory research with three social justice organizations, this project focuses on best practices of sustainability, community-building, and member fulfillment across multiple types of cooperative models in the United States. Amplifying the narratives and experiences of individuals working in cooperatively-based organizations, Addy will investigate how cooperative models can create sustainable communities within their organizations that enable meaningful and dignified livelihoods and lives for their members.
