Obesity: A Critical Analysis of Risk Factors in Sexual Minority Women Compared to Heterosexual Counterparts

Ashley collected data from a questionnaire administered to a cohort of women ages 40-75 in the Rhode Island area. From this research she hoped to determine strategies to diminish risk factors leading to being overweight and obese.

Ashley is currently a full stack software engineer at The Atlantic in New York City. Since earning her masters in Public Affairs at Brown, she started her own web design and development company and has begun building a family of her own.
