• Royce Fellowship
David
Goldberg

Concentration

Engineering; Neuroscience

Award Year

1996

David will be researching and developing neural network models (computer simulations) of the visual cortex that provides information about how groups of neurons represent and process information. The aim of these models is to predict and explain the computational processes that underlie perception, learning and memory.

David is a senior research engineer at Warby Parker where he works on computer vision and machine learning. He is also a Visiting Fellow at the Laboratory of Neuroinformatics in the Department of Physiology and Biophysics at Weill Cornell Medical College.
