The Cornucopia Project

Gabriela explored best practices working with The Cornucopia Project, a sustainable food initiative that works with local schools in Hancock, New Hampshire.

Gabi was a Health and Wellness Coordinator at El Puente de Williamsburg, Inc. where she develops the health and wellness strategy and curricula of El Puente's Green Light District, which is a ten-year sustainability initiative based around health, equity, culture, education, and the environment. She is currently the Founder and Chef of Liberation Cuisine in Brooklyn, NY.
