The womxn of the Women and Gender Constituency (WGC), a civil society group at the climate negotiations, hold a rich diversity of identities, strategies, and priorities, but are united under a collective pursuit of gender-inclusive climate justice. This project will document the construction and history of this shared space, where strategic coalitions are built and an iterative collective identity has been produced. This research will enhance understanding of the WGC’s orientation and strategy, providing insight into their vision and struggle for a gender and climate just world.
