As a Royce Sport and Society Fellow, Matthew spent a summer investigating the current status of student involvement in the field of sport and development, and exploring possible steps to maximize student collaboration, research, and activism. He also worked with Right to Play, an international humanitarian organization that uses sport and play programs to improve health, develop life skills, and foster peace for children and communities in some of the most disadvantaged areas of the world.

Matt lives in New York City and was a project manager at Knightsbridge Park. Previously he was the Manager of SportsCorps Student Connection at Fitzgerald Youth Sports Institute. Currently, Matt is the Sports Philanthropy Intern at Weinstein Carnegie Philanthropic Group.
