I’m interested in better understanding what it means to be an ethical storyteller, and how creative expression can lead to awareness, authentic connection, and action. Through the Swearer Center, I’ve worked with Writers’ Group and Generation Citizen. Over the summer, I worked with Asian Women for Health and Cambridge Health Alliance’s Center for Mindfulness and Compassion. I want to continue exploring holistic mind, body, and spirit health in an effort to better understand how, as a storyteller, I can best serve the healing and wellness of marginalized communities. With Storytellers for Good, I’m hoping to further investigate voice, position, and responsibility when collaborating with local communities.
