Katie is a junior concentrating in Science, Technology, and Society studies with a focus in the medical anthropology of mental illness. She is passionate about disability justice viewed through multiple lenses and works as the Peer Mental Health Advocate coordinator and liaison with Project LETS & CAPS, training PMHAs and facilitating conversations on mental illness in programming across campus. Katie is also a research assistant at Butler Hospital and the School of Public Health, a Writing Fellow, and a Connect for Health Advocate.
