Kitri Sundaram is a sophomore concentrating in Literary Arts. She has explored different mediums of storytelling at Brown through Brown Motion Pictures, the International Writers’ Blog, and her role as a Dramaturg for a student-written play, as well as through an internship in The Blacklist Production Office. Kitri has worked to merge storytelling and social justice through her work with The Love Vote, a nonprofit that creates short films about people who cannot vote in order to encourage those who can vote to do so. In addition to voting rights, Kitri is passionate about criminal justice reform, and hopes to use this fellowship to share stories that address and increase discourse around the subject.
