Jasmine McAdams '16 is a former Community Fellow with the Outdoor Leadership Environmental Education Program (OLEEP), a mentoring program which builds Met High School students' understanding of science and the environment through weekly workshops and camping trips. Usually OLEEP takes their students on a backpacking trip at the end of the semester. This spring, they decided not to go. Here, Jasmine talks about the decision and some shifts the program is making towards greater accessibility for their students.
