Chris Cubra ’17, will present a talk: “A Degree in Problem Solving - My First Year as an Engineer”. Cubra graduated with his engineering degree just two years ago. He had two internships for Eaton Corporation during his undergrad years before joining the company full time as a member of their rotational Leadership Development Program - Operations for Engineers. In his current role, he manages 20 direct reports in the fabrication department of a switchgear manufacturing plant as a Production Supervisor. He will be speaking about his engineering experience through various industry roles in areas such as product development, manufacturing engineering, safety, operational excellence and supervision.
