Brown/Wheaton Faculty Fellowship Program Expands

November 19, 2013

The Brown/Wheaton Faculty Fellows program for advanced doctoral students is expanding. Beginning in 2014-15, the collaborative training program with Wheaton College will allow up to four Brown doctoral students to serve as Faculty Fellows, instead of two. Students explored the opportunity at a December 10 information session conducted by Wheaton Associate Provost Gail Sahar and current Faculty Fellow Alex King (both pictured at left). The Faculty Fellows program allows doctoral candidates in the humanities and the physical, social, and life sciences to experience faculty life firsthand at a liberal arts college. Students who will be in their fourth, fifth or sixth year in 2014-2015 are eligible to apply for this honor.  Applications are due February 15.
