The Swearer Center for Public Service is offering an Academic Programs Graduate Summer Fellowship for master's and doctoral students. The fellowship runs 10-12 weeks and includes a $4,000 stipend. The fellow will support the development and implementation of Swearer Center academic programs and related initiatives. Applications are due April 24 at 5 pm.
The Swearer Center academic programs support students and faculty who seek a purposeful integration of teaching, research, and practice in order to advance scholarship, address social challenges, and produce a public benefit. They build on Brown’s distinctive interdisciplinary culture by providing coherent curricular and advising structures that encourage students to place research, internships, and community-based work at the heart of their academic lives.
