Ubah Cristina Ali Farah
April 1-7. Somali Italian poet, novelist, playwright, librettist and oral performer Ubah Cristina Ali Farah has published three novels, and a bilingual (French and Italian) collection of short stories. Her work in theatre includes a rewriting of Antigone.

Brian Robert Moore (BA, Italian Studies and English, 2014) is an award winning literary translator from New York. His translations from the Italian include the novels A Silence Shared by Lalla Romano, Meeting in Positano by Goliarda Sapienza, and Verdigris by Michele Mari.
