Developing 'omics to explore HIV persistence and disease

LeaderAndy Henderson

The Developing 'omics to explore HIV persistence and disease Research Interest Group (RIG) allows the CFAR to explore and leverage omics and single cell approaches to characterize HIV dynamics in different populations. Such an area is a high priority as indicated by recent RFAs and a need to characterize diverse patience samples for HIV pathology and persistence. The HIV Persistence RIG will explore how omic approaches can be leveraged to study HIV by engaging multiple cores, CFAR investigators and allowing for the exploration of new collaborations.
