Lab alum Courtney Mazur receives the NSF GRFP award!

Congrats to Bilgen Lab graduate Courtney Mazur on receiving a NSF Graduate Research Fellowship Award! Courtney is currently a PhD student in University of California, San Francisco (UCSF).

This prestigious award supports outstanding graduate students in NSF-supported science, technology, engineering, and mathematics disciplines who are pursuing research-based Master's and doctoral degrees at accredited United States institutions.

Welcome to Gokhan Bahcecioglu

Gokhan Bahcecioglu, BS, MS has joined our lab as a Visiting Research Scholar. Gokhan is a PhD student in Biotechnology at BIOMATEN, the Center of Excellence in Biomaterials and Tissue Engineering at Middle East Technical University, Ankara, Turkey.  He is working on meniscus tissue engineering.
