Please familiarize yourself with 2017-2018 prior-prior year changes before completing FAFSA.  Download 2015 income through IRS Data Retrieval.  Upload application documents into Self-Service Banner (SSB) with details provided on Navigating SSB webpage. 

Current AMS institutional aid recipient from 2016-2017?  Please upload:

  • 2017-2018 FAFSA with student, spouse and custodial Parent 1 (Questions 59-94) information directly into the FAFSA.  We are no longer using Need Access for parent information.
  • 2017-2018 AMS Institutional Aid Application through SSB. 

New to AMS institutional application cycle for 2017-2018? Please upload: 

  • 2017-2018 FAFSA with student, spouse and custodial Parent 1 (Questions 59-94) information directly into the FAFSA.
  • 2017-2018 AMS Institutional Aid Application through SSB.
  • 2015 student federal tax return signed with schedules C and E, if applicable, or 2015 Student Non-Filer Form (if student not required to file 2015 tax return.  Enter $0 if do not have earnings) through SSB.
  • 2015 student W2s, 1099 form(s) and if applicable, spousal forms through SSB.
  • 2015 custodial Parent 1 and non-custodial Parent 2 federal tax returns and schedules signed or 2015 Parent Non-Filer Form (if one or both parents not required to file 2015 tax return) through SSB.  State tax returns not required.
  • 2015 custodial Parent 1 and non-custodial Parent 2 W-2s and 1099 form(s) uploaded separately from tax return(s) through SSB.
