Residency - Brown / Rhode Island Hospital

Cody grew up in central Utah living on a farm. From a young age he loved working with animals and raised sheep, chickens, pigs, horses, cows, and golden retrievers. He left his small community to get a bachelor's degree in Biology/Zoology from Southern Utah University and from there went to the University of Utah School of Medicine. Having grown up in a rural town, Cody has remained committed to medically underserved areas and has been a leader in various organizations including the Utah Rural Outreach Program, and the Rural Health Scholars. He and his wife Perla are excited to be in Rhode Island for residency and look forward to their east coast adventure.
