Yes. However, you must demonstrate either financial need or participation in certain specialized programs listed on the fee waiver application.  The application can be found on the Graduate School website at: https://www.brown.edu/academics/gradschool/application-fee-waivers.  Note:  to be considered for a fee waiver, the student's graduate program application must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the regular application deadline.
