Most rooms in Barus & Holley can only be reserved through the Office of the Registrar. To reserve BH 093, 141, 153, 155, 157, 158, 159, 160, 161, 163, 165, 166, 168, 195, 197751, or the lobby area outside BH 166 and 168 you must log on to the University's 25Live site to request a reservation (SSO login required).

HOW TO BOOK A PHYSICS ROOM

The following rooms in Barus & Holley (184 Hope St.), BH Lobby, BH 330, BH 410, BH 537, BH 555, BH 723*, and BH 724* are controlled by the Physics Department and can be booked using Google Calendar.

The following rooms in Barus Building (340 Brook St.), Common Room First Floor, Physics Forum Second Floor (212) are also controlled by the Physics Department and can be booked using Google Calendar.

If you are a member of the Physics Department follow these instructions in order to book one of these rooms:

  • Create an event in Google Calendar.
  • Click on "Add rooms."
  • Scroll down to "Barus & Holley," or "Barus Building."
  • Select the room you want to book.
  • Fill in the name of your event and click "Save."

*Rooms 723 and 724 adjoin. If you want to reserve both spaces you must make a separate room request for each.
